AS I SAID....I appologized for my original post. I misconstrued what you were refering and mentioning towards on ROUSH products.
As for your comment of "get off my high horse and don't kid myself".......... I just finished my second tour in Iraqand decidedto buy this car for my wife who deserves it for being with me and puting up with our constantly being apart.
In NO way was I downgrading you for any decision on the way you want your ride to turn out. I really hope the best for you, your ride, and the expectations of what you want. I know we have modified the ROUSH and we're MORE than happy..........hope you end up the same [sm=americanasmiley.gif]

Alright, gotcha. I thought you were trying to say I was posing. I could of bought a Roush, I just didn't want to. I like to customize my rides. I'm probably on a short fuse tonight anyways. I've been treated badly by a company who should care about their customers.

TPony did you use a grinder like they show to grind the rivets out or what'd you use? Do you have one for the chin spoiler?

I'm getting rid of mine for that very reason. Anyone want a Black GT500 spoiler?[8D]
Ok, wow..for a moment I was not sure where this whole post was going, but its back on track...thanks folks.

Anyway, Thumper...I used the grinder, but be VERY, VERY CAREFUL...the grinder will immediately heat up the rivet and,if not careful, the hot rivet will melt away the plastic and you will lose the shape of the hole. Which you will need to re-install the next rivet.

Try using a file to file down the rivet or again, if using the grinder...take it easy...
