nice, My paxton kit comes in on tuesday, installed on wed/thur and tuned on thur/friday just in time for the meet!
Congrats!! I cant wait for mine!!! Installing yourself or no?
nah, mustang specialties in pompanobeach, FL is doing my install and tune. (http://www.mustangspecialtiesinc.com/index.htm)They work on pretty much all the heavy tuned stangs in my area (that i know of) I was going to use brenspeeds tune but im going to let them work the magic i am also upgrading to the gt500 FP over the KB boost they are taking the boost pump for the gt500 FP plus a little extra. I also went with the stealth cabin as far as guages i just picked up the boost guage (for the driverside vent)and i will get a w/b a/f for the center.

Nice I was talking to Seth at Brenspeed today and they said they have not had a single failure on any of their tunes for the paxton kit. Im gonna get mine dynoed with a/f monitoring to check as soon as Im done with the install. Also Im going with boost/vac, wideband air/fuel, and fuel pressure gauges just to be safe.

Vertigo, How much for the install there? I was pricing up the whole package of getting a supercharger and getting them to install it.

the install will be about $800 for the intercooled kit. If you have a diff setup like the vortec no I/C kit it will be much less. Its about a 7-8 hour install with the no i/c kit and 9-12 with the I/C. But again its manual labor so you have to understand they need to take a break here and there so they dont halfass anything and get soem food in there belly . After the install i will give you a review of there work and cobra i will tell film a vid of the base brenspeed dyno run.

What gauges? Where did you get them from? How much? Sorry for all the ?'s but I need to buy some before my paxton kit arrives.

Got the autometer cobalt series from lethalperformance.com, it came out to 740 shipped, I got the full swept electric boost, fuel, and A/F wideband.

Haha I have the exact same in my cart right now! Those cobalt series look nice. Only difference I have is Im getting the mechanical boost/vac. Most guys I have talked to said the mechanical reads a lot quicker and its really easy to install (plus over a hundred dollars cheaper.) I plan on ordering them friday so they should arrive about the sametime as my Paxton Package!!!
