FYI make sure to use WD40 on the studs when putting exhaust back together and don't tighten one side all the way. go back and forth evenly to get a good seal.

why don't you just use something to pull the bolt back out? I broke a bolt into the block when I did my cmdp's and I just use the vice grips and did the old lefty loosey and bam... it was out.

seriously find a place that actually knows what they are doing......you are willing to spend $600-800 on something that will a little research would only probably cost 75-100

Hmm, angle grinder (or die grinder) and a hammer/punch, this combination fixes most exhaust problems Thats what the exhaust shop will probably do anyway. If its not spot welded you wont even need the angle grinder. Pop that stud out and replace it with a new stud, or even a bolt and nut you have laying around.
Or take it to a shop and ask to have the stud replaced and they will probably charge you 70 bucks and if you ask real nice they will probably torque the manifold bolts while they are under their.
Unless your looking for an excuse to buy headers, then... by all means [sm=badbadbad.gif]
Edit: for horrible spelling skeelz.
