Cast Iron 2004 Cobra Block
4340 Forged 3.750 stroke Crankshaft w/micro polished journals
4340 MANLEY Forged H-beam Rods
Manley 3.552 Bore size Pistons 9.1 Compression
ARP Head Studs and Gaskets
Manley Stainless Steel Valves
Manley Stainless Steel Springs
The P1 is more then capable of 600rwhp on a built block. With the stage 2 kit you can upgrade it to an F1A or a D1SC if you want as well and use the same kit

RE: Those with Procharger's chime in please.
With the stock block I was able to get 480RWHP with a P1. It was an unsafe tune and the engine blew up after 3K miles. We then built the block and was pushing over 600 with race full with the P1. Since we upgraded to the D1 I am getting over 700RWHP with max boost at 20PSI and that is using the same 15lb pully I had on the P1. That tells you how much less effort it takes to spin the impellar of the D1 internals.
I would recomend a D1 with the upgraded racing by-pass valve. The head unit is the same as the P1, the only difference is the internals (tubing and all are the same, so you can do this upgrade at any time. It is roughtly $1400) The tune is what is important, make sure you get a good tuner.
