Homelink installation in the Mustang?

Homelink installation in the Mustang?
Ok, I know there are some threads about how to do this, but I'm thinking my search cant find them because of the crash earlier today on the site.
I have my homelink deal in hand and am now just trying to remember how on earth I'm suppose to pull the overhead light piece off so I can add it without breaking it. Also, for those that did install one of these, how did you get it "tight" and did you put anything behind it to remove any "play" or is the homelink big enough on its own to prevent any movement?
Thanks for any suggestions or help. I'm seriously looking forward to getting this installed and working.

RE: Homelink installation in the Mustang?
you gotta pull hard from the sides (facing the doors). there are 2 fastening tabs along there so you got to tug hard and it might feel like youre about to cut you fingers off but you wont. I have the alarm unit so the delphi sensor brain keeps mine in place. Once its out youll be able to figure it out. Just be patient because that console overhead costs upwards of 400.
