Default Monday can't come soon enough

I'll get my Mustang back from paint on Monday! Been there just shy of two weeks. They had an
equipment failure yesterday, so they couldn't finish the last coat and get the car back together
for me before the weekend.

I did go to see it today and it's perfect. Can't feel anything running your finger across and the metallic
content of the silver matches the alloy very well...

Here's a sample of the paint job, cameraphone pic. I promise much
better ones next week:

Whats the scoop thats not on there yet? Is that the holes for the stock one? I didnt think they required that many bolts to hold it on if so, but paint looks very nice. Grats.

Yeah, stock hood scoop. I think it's a combo of screws and alignment pins, plus tape.

Lemans stripes are a timeless classic.

Great choice.

Did you go with stripes on the scoop or not?

The scoop is not striped, I left it Alloy. Just prefer that look to the striped ones.

The spoiler is striped, all the way around (i.e. including underneath which is something
my painter says is a spot that a lot of people skip, but completes the package in his mind).

Awesome!

Do you go up Rt 28 on your way to the lake? If so, you'll have to stop by so I can see it sometime. I'm 30 seconds off Rt 28.
