how much lighter is the Ford gt one? I wonder if the mounts are the same as the iron gt500 block

It's 110lbs. making it 100lbs. lighter than the 5.4L cast iron block. The mounts... dunno.

The mounts can't be the same on the GT40.
Either way, if you don't use the Cobra crossmember, you're in for custom mounts.
