Trill Gear Head

Help, I need the shifter linkage bushings on the transmission side. I need the bushings for the metal bar that actually shifts the gears on the transmission side. I'll be willing to pay for it and shipping. I called ford and they won't sell me the freakin bushing, they only sell the whole $250 dollar shifter. I talked to MGW and they said that the gt bushings will work to. PM me if you have one.

Sold a friend my hurst and took his stock shifter with the shifter linkage. I did this when I had to swap another stock engine and I have no clue what happened to the stock bushings. Ford will only sell me the whole stock shifter and not the bushings nor the shifter linkage. I drove my car home yesterday and I had to fight it to get into to gears. Their is to much slack for the shifter and its a give or take whether or not it goes into gear.

Well, if GT bushings will work, couldn't you just order aftermarket prothane bushings???

thnx guys. I've decided to try and order the aftermarket bushings and hope that it'll fix my problem. I'm also gonna use this as an excuse to buy an MGW just in case it doesn't work. Guess I'm gonna have to make lemonade lol

thanks but thats not the bushing I'm looking for. I need the shifter linkage, its the bar that does the shifting.
