The polls are not working at this time. (for about a month now)
Give a link or pics. "Loaded" means MANY different things to some. One needs to know exactly how it is equiped. KBB is what dealers use (when it helps them) so it pretty much is the 'going rate' for a given car.

A friend just bought a black '07 GT with 19K miles on it for $19K. It had very few mods on it. Now his dad paid $25K for an '06 with 27K miles on it, but it did have Foose rims on it as well as a cowl hood.
It just depends on how bad the buyer wants it.

GT's are going 10k back of wholesale book at auction... remember this when purchasing.. Gas prices are killing V8 cars

I'd say a fair price is about $19k. New "loaded" cars without high priced options like the NAV system or the Shaker 1000 would be at about $25k, so then factor in the mileage of the car (and teh fact that there is very little warranty left), I'd say 19k would be the max that I'd be willing to pay for it, especially since demadn for V8's is down with current gas prices.
If I were buying, I'd offer 17k. If I were selling, I'd shoot for $20k, and be VERY satisfied with $19k.
