Ah that kinda sucks. I had heard you don't have vibration issues with stock vehicles and the spydershaft.

Where would I find one and how much?

How hard is it to install?

You can get it direct from the manufacturer or many other suppliers.

I had mine installed by a pro and I watched him do it. It was a difficult project on a lift. I would not want to crawl around under a car on jack stands to do this. JMO though. It has been done. Check out Tacobill's demo on DS install. Not a Spydershaft but shows the process very well.

I had my gears installed at the same time so its hard to describe a specific performance difference with the DS. Overall the car was much more responsive though.

This would not be a Spydershaft specific issue as any one-piece shaft is going to have a similar rear u-joint angle.

Just filling the fuel tank gets rid of most of it. My car is unusually light. In current trim 3350 lb with a 1/4 tank.
Even with a full tank of fuel, 2 wheels and tires in the trunk, tools and a jack I still sit a little tail high but have no vibration.
Its when Im running light (2-5 gal of fuel) with nothing in the trunk i notice it.

I suspect a Premium with Shaker 1000 and a full tank of fuel would have no vibration as it already sits lower in the rear.

I have the coast and did it on the groundwithout any problems. No vibration to report and I noticed a difference. Here was my thread: https://mustangforums.com/m_4049321/...tm.htm#4049321

Hmm... Seems like I read somewhere the spydershaft was supposed to be vibration free. Was hoping it would be a simple drop in installation and not require troubleshooting to fix issues like this.
