Yes It really is. Its a pita to photograph. I had it mixed using Sikkens (paint code ZY).You would be surprised at the amount of black in it. Flake too. Jeeezus at the flake. It was stupid expensive, but the results are nice. The photo you see is at my shop under fl lights, taken by my wife while buttoning up the interior. I'll post better pics when I get home if you want. We also used 10 coats of clear. It looks like its setting under glass. Almost like a marble. I saw the color on an expedition in the Ford lot....I knew then

That is such a beautiful car........anyone who talks Sh*T about foxes being ugly Vanilla Ice 80's cars needs to look at your car and they will instantly shut up. Very nice.[sm=drooldude.gif]

DetriotCrow that looks sweet.
The oneI saw looked just like yours minus the tint.
WhenI first looked at it I thought it was Mineral Grey because it had a brownish hugh it.
Then I moved and it looked bright silver, then it looked like Tungnsten with the purple hugh.
The color it really sweet, it looks like it has larger then normal metal flakes in it.
Thanks, I love the color, hides dirt pretty well, I had a black Ram 1500 before this and OMG if you farted to close to the truck your gas would blow dust on it and then the whole truck would need to be cleaned! LOL
HAHAH, that reminds of the joke "He is so old he farts dust"!!
I can't imagine owning a black car, talk about a nightmare to keep clean.

Thanks a ton. I wanted to buy a new one, then my Wife said NO. Too much money. Then an 03-04 Termie, "too much" said the bride. I found the coupe and started working on it in August. I wont say how much I have spent....it makes me sick. I will tell you I have about $7800 inmotor alone. I should have just gotten one of those sick *** S197's. Another **** poor pic....still needs a wet sand and buff

Ya you could have probably had a S197, but think about it like this, you have a one of a kind there.
That looks really awesome.
What did you do the motor, what kind of numbers are you putting down?
