My choice ET streets, however,
ET streets are NOT radials and will not ride accordingly. Do ya ride to the track or swap out there?
From your sig if ya want all out traction, step up to some 28" full slicks and be done with it.

I ran them last year and loved them. Make sure you don't get caught in rain with them.
They do ride different than regular street radials but you get used to it.
I would run 28" slicks if I could but seeing as I run in a street legal class, that is not possible.
You should look into M&H's as well. It's what I'm running now and love them. They run a bit narrower than the Mickey's but they stick just as well if not better.

If your talking about the track the MT/ET street bias would be good. Especially if your driving to the track on them. However, as was mentioned, don't get caught in the rain.
If your changingwheels at the track go with full slicks. I could tell a considerable difference having run both.

Given your mods, I would say go with the M&H Racemasters. 325/45/17 fits perfectly on 17x9's. 275/50/17 fits perfectly on a 17x8" tire. I run them on both of my cars, but they're just too tall for my 3.31's in my '07 (I bog). They're even a bit too tall for my 4.10's on my '05 (not cutting the short times I should be). But since you have a S/C, they'd be perfect for you. There's several people that I know of that are cutting 1.4x 60's with the M&H's, which is amazing for a 17" radial.
If you're set on getting the shorter tires you mentioned, then definitely go with the ET Streets. The BFGs are junk compared to M/T and M&H.
