I found this on ebay for only $23 bucks. Its seems good, but I dunno. Any thoughts??

I know that the price and claims make you want to believe it. It's human nature and that's OK. To put it into perspective, it would be about a 25% HP increase from a plug in module while many of us here have spent $$ thousands in bolt ons to get 15% increase. A reachable goal for a manny tranny is 300WHP and that takes over $1k. This thing for $30 would put a manny tranny over 300 WHP ?????

From what I've gathered it plugs into your O2 sensors. My guess is that it allows the engine to run lean without throwing a code, which is bad, very bad.
