Unless it's supercharged, I think it's ridiculous to pay that kind of money for a GT with a body kit. You could buy a used GT for over $10k less then spend the money you save on a blower.

That is what i was thinking too.....its really not that special of a car that i would be paying that much for and not be the extreme or something. I do ike the front fascia but i cant stand the rear of them really. But whatever floats YOUR boat.

and the fact the interior is mostly stock GT.... at least Shelby has better seats and steering wheel.... as well as a Gauge pod that fits the interior....

I made a mistake in my last post.

You could buy a NEW Mustang GT for about $10k less, you could find a used one for over $15k less.

i think the car is absolutely amazing and you should jump at it... but i think you can do better in terms of price. i really am not that impressed with that deal:

#1. no one is buying V8's right now, due to gas

#2. due to a soft economy, sales on all autos are also weak (especially for a 30K+ mustang)

#3. just checking ebay for a reference point.. there are a number of saleens that are supercharged for $38K.... I would think the supercharged would hold their value better.

try to negotiate down the price... I know you can do better...

It has 14" front brakes and HID lights... Asking price... 32.999 but its been for sale for almost 1 year so maybe you can get it cheaper.

By the way, the Vin and Bumper number are cheked and its a real saleen. Ask Ron Ward for some info and the carfax report.

Im telling you all this info, because I almost bought this car, but finaly im going GT instead of Saleen.
