CMDP Install - Car Won't Run - Quick Help Please!

So I installed my CMDP plates last night and installed Brenspeed's tune tonight. The first time I started it, it ran VERY roughly for about 10 seconds and then died. Checked all electrical connections, vac lines, etc, everything is connected. There are no leaks or anything, but it does smell a little bit like fuel and exhaust gas in the engine bay, and one time there was a small puff of whiteish smoke from the headers area (haven't touched them since installing...). Tried it again, turned over a few times and stumbled, idled for 3 seconds, again very roughly, and died. That's all it does now. Video below...hard to see/hear what is going on, but oh well...

Any ideas? I already tore the whole thing apart again to check for damage to the injectors or the plates themselves, but everything is fine. Could it be the tune? What else can I try? How bad would it be to try running the previous tune (everything but the CMDPs). If it is the tune that is causing the problem, would trying this make the car run any differently (obviously it would be rough, but would it run?

You mean put it back to stock stock, then reload the current tune?

did you check to make sure everything is tight? any leak will make it do that. mine did it tonight because when i will messing with my i/c piping i didnt seal one of the clamps all the way and bogged out.

Yes - All vacuum lines and electrical connections are secure, as well as the CAI and all of it's connections. All bolts are snug and torqued (if needed), and all injectors are inserted correctly, but it seems like it isn't getting enough (or any..) fuel.

Oh, and there is no CEL or any DTCs.

The first time I tried it it did actually run for a while (10-15 seconds). It ran fine for the first 2 seconds or so, then it sounded like I had just installed a cam with a huge ass lift. Ran REALLY rough and died, like it was being starved of fuel.

Mine did the same, actually it wouldn't even take the tune and I couldn't figure it out. Make sure all your connections are on correctly from your coil packs, Injectors, Fuel rails, and Especially your MAF wire, that was my issue my MAF wire wasn't seated properly, I fixed it reupped the tune and VRRROOMMM

Oh make sure you didn't disconnect some wire around the back of the intake manifold, as it is tight back there and tough to see

You cant just put the old tune in and it sounds like the new tune doesnt include the CMDPs as it is

That's what I was thinking, it is like I didn't even retune the car...but I reloaded it a couple times, both from the tuner to my car and from the computer to the tuner. Brenspeed's e-mail said "Here is your charge motion delete plate tune," so I don't know how that could be the case. Would it act like this if he didn't tune for my intake?

I would just email them back with the complete mod list and make sure they tuned for everything

CMDP
CAI
LTs
