Default 2 cars 1 tuner...

ok so me and me good friend that lives next door have the same year, car and model. so we were wondering what if we split the price of a tuner and both share it. is this possible? if so which one is recommended?

becuase when you load a tune onto a vehicle it is "marrired" to that car. You have to return that car to stock before you can tune another vehicle. Also, the tunes probably wont work if you get them from Bama or brenspeed becuase your PCM codes have to be the same.

most are locked to your car on first use, otherwise they would never sell because everyone would be sharing.
You could go with something like the sniper tuner, but then you have to figure out to tune your car, probably not a good idea.

because when you plug the tuner into one car and upload the tunes into your car computer the tuner registers that car computer to that tuner. Now you can switch it back and forth from car to car but one car will have to have the stock tune. When you plug the tuner into your car and upload the tunes its like your car takes the tunes from the tuner and they dont go back into the tuner until your return the car to the stock tune. These tuner companies aren't stupid, you know how much money they would lose if they made it so multiple cars could use the same tuner all at the same time. That would just be a retarded move for them.

you can buy a tuner router and upload tunes to multiple cars at the same time. tunes for all !!!

j/k dude. one tuner per car or one at a time. must flash car back to original before using on another car.

Tuners are VIN locked to one vehicle.
