found all that stuff online for a price of $2,515.66 including shipping and handling.
$2500? How much more hp/torque did you get? That's halfway to a supercharger...

One thing I don't understand....

Why do the Pioneer 2-ways in your rear deck only put out bass?

I have that problem with the Pioneer 4-ways in my rear but I'm still using the dang factory head unit with its built in amp and crossover.

With a new head unit, wiring, 4 channel amp to power the door and rear speakers I don't understand why you wouldn't have a full range going to those coax's?

Did you purposely utilize a crossover to prohibit it, and if so - why?

Thought i'd give everyone an idea of what i'm putting in my new GT:

kenwood DDX7015 head Unit
Kenwood KNA-DN4100 Navigation System
Kicker Solo-Baric 04S12L7 12" Sub in a custom made box
Audiobahn A800T amp to power the sub
Audiobahn A4004T amp to power the speakers
Pioneer TS-A6870R 3-way speakers for the doors
Pioneer TS-G6840R 2-way speakers for the rear deck (Those speakers only put out bass)

found all that stuff online for a price of $2,515.66 including shipping and handling.

Yeah, 2-ways aren't for putting out bass. They are basically a tweeter w/ a mid range.

I know you aren't going to like this answer one bit, but i dont think i need much more horse right now. 300 is fine with me. i'm not planning on taking my car to the track or doing any type of racing with it. just want to put rims, stereo, tint the windows, and MAYBE an aftermarket exhaust. the good ole marine corps doesn't pay to much money, so i've gotta watch what i spend. I know that horse power goes against most mustang owners beliefs, but that's my personal opinion

Mustang 05s ONLY put out bass out of those rear deck speakers. i guess since two ways aren't used for bass, i wont be purchasing them. anyone have any recommendations what i should put in the rear deck or just leave them stock since i'll have a Kicker L7 in the back

I think the 2-way in the back deck is perfect. I'm pretty sure the signal going to the rears is more than just bass. Fade your speakers to the rear and you should hear more than just bass coming out of them.
