my brother hit a curb that idiot while trying to pass a van in a turn and crack both of my stock v6 passenger side rims and killed both tires. I went and got GT rims off Craiglist for $160 , he paid for the new tires and aliagnment but I think he bent my back axel . Car still drives fine but until I replace it I'm going to get uneven thread wear on my tires so I know what your going through.

Dont be dumb like me tossing the cracked rims in some random apartment complex's dumpster. Take it to a metal scrapyard/ recycling plant and get some money for it .

Glad you're ok dude, but I agree with the others, you should definitely get in touch with the manufacturer and tell them what happened.

I dont think that bending is going to happen with that type of impact especially if there was a side load. There is not much metal on those spokes. Think the manufacturer will basically say that the rim isnt made to survive an impact with a curb at 35 mph while in a 360. To many variables and the rim would need to be a solid piece of aluminum. Which would not look as cool as the black rims that you bought. I am glad you are ok and your stang made it out with minimal damage..
