Default 350hp by the end of next week?

So some of you know one of my clients was going to buy me a Cervini's Type IV hood.
Well I am almost 90% on doing a camshaft plus install instead of the hood.

I was looking at the FRPP Hot Rod Cams or the Brenspeed NSR. Here's the questions:

1. Expected HP Gains from just the cam and is it low/mid/high rpm range?
2. How is the idle/sound? I really want that lopey sound the FRPP gives but how does brenspeed's sound?
3. MPG drop? It's still my only DD so if I'm going to be getting 20mpg on the highway, that won't fly because right now i'm getting 28-30.
4. Install rates for NSR cams?
5. Supporting mods and tune required?
6. Is emissions going to be an issue? Arizona does the sniffer and I'll have to worry about that sooner or later.

Here's my mods so far that would matter:
Steeda UDP
C&L Racer
Bassani X with cats and Bassani Race AB
4.10s

I will be ordering new JBA shorty's to be installed at the same time but was looking at CMCV deletes.
1. Do CMCV's hurt gas mileage pretty bad or will adding the cams and cmcv's put me back around stock mileage?
2. Are they necessary and how much hp should I gain?

Intelligent, respectful answers only please. I don't want any of those "It's a muscle car F@#$ gas mileage!" posts. I'm asking for knowledge of what to expect out of my car.

Thanks for your replies.

1) You wont be looking at 350 to the wheels. Maybe 330-340
2) I dont think the brenspeed cams are very lopey
3) Myabe to the low 20s. Im getting about 19 on the highway so be happy
4) Maybe 600-700 bucks? Im just guessing here.
5) Tune yes, supporrting mods maybe lower gears Just depends on the how extreme the cams are. Brenspeeds website should tell you.

CMCV deletes wont hurt your gas mileage and you might pick up 5 hp or you might pick up nothing.

Thanks, I forgot to add that I have 4.10s. Do you have a link to a youtube with some sound files for the brenspeed cams?

yes the CMCV with lower milage but like stated you need them, LTS and probably something more than a NSR cams setup to get 350

Next month I'll be adding a spydershaft. I can't do LTs because of emissions concerns. Driveshaft should probably put me around 350 to the wheels right?

probably 10 short still......i figure 310-315 for CAI/tune, UDPs CMCV and shorties.....cams adds 25 maybe......its hit or miss and the only real way to know is do it and find out, you already stated you were doing all of the above mods so there really isnt any point to guessing. Put her on the dyno and find out

Just have to find a dyno. I'm literally in the butthole of car modding it seems. Closest thing might be an hour and a half away if I can ever get ahold of them on the phone or an email returned.

How much does a custom dyno tune normally run?

D/S doesn't add anything...just makes it easier for the drivetrain to carry the power of the engine to the wheels...I'd say with all those mods you are looking at around 325-340rwhp just because of the way the mods work together...JMO
