Not in my opinion.
For the same price or a bit more, you can get a variety of combos from quality vendors such as Brenspeed, Bama, VMP and Evolution with tunes written specifically for you car and mods. Their tunes will certainly have more "umph" than the canned tuned that's obviously provided with the ebay combo. Not to mention the customer service aspect.
