Default Water Leak

Has anyone experienced a water leak in your stang? . . . . . I sometimes hear water swishing from the trunk when I suddenly brake (I do this to hear it) . . .I don't see any water in the trunk, I checked everywhere, but I keep a box in theback that I keep my cleaning stuff in and even the bottom of the box is wet . . . I would think it would be coming from the box, but what can explain the swishing sound of the water when braking? . . . . anyone has any input, I would appreciate it.

Did you check in the area with the spare tire? Might also be a leaking tail light. My leak was about 3 inches of water on the front passanger floorboard.

Yeah,I checked where the spare tires is and no water,I even checked on the side and by the taillights, still nothing. Very weird . . . but I am almost positive that water is getting in somehow. Did you end up taking your car back to Ford to have the leak checked out or did you fix it yourself?

From your trunk??? Seriously, it's probably just the gas in your gas tank.

That's what I thought also, but wasn't sure. Do you hear the same from your Trunk?
