Tell me different!!!
So I was hanging with some friends last night, they both have older honda civic Si's and I told them I was hoping to get a 05+ GT soon and the jokes and cracks started..........
They said all Gt's were slow as f*** and that any Si could take one any day, all day long......Im not all that car smart but how does 190 some HP and 190 lbs. of torque take 300hp and the same with torque. I know weight has an part but the numbers are far apart.
Anyways, can a civic outrun a new GT ?

One of theircivics is turbo'd...
But if thats what it takes to beat a mustang, why not save $3-$4K and get a GT, because you can get a 06-07 Civic for the same price as a mustang gt.

Ricers always think they have the fastest thing on the street. The fastest Si was the 1999 which ran 15.7, while the 2005 Mustang GT ran 13.5, both according to R&T I believe. Are they not aware that the lower time is faster?
