I want to export a 2005 Mustang from the US to Spain. I am doing this because it is not available here and because of the dollar-euro advantage. Im looking to buy a used one so that I can declare it as accident damaged and therefore minimise the 28% import tax that I would be charged. Obviously I'd need someone I could trust, so I would use a dealer - not that a dealer is trustworthy but they wouldnt receive the money and not send the car.

Anyone have any experience of this? Any ideas, could I get away with that? Any help would be much appreciated.
