Get a scanner from auto zone, you couldrent it,to see if you can find an error code. Ifyou have an tuner then you that to trouble shoot.

Did you check the ground runningon to the battery?

have you unplugged your battery lately? Because my car did the same thing. Only with the a/c on, the rpm would drop very low like 400rpm when you push in the clutch and brake to come to a stop. And if you had to brake fast it would stall. mine even threw a code "P0506" which was for too low of an rpm drop. but it only happened with the a/c on.
I ask if you disconnected the battery because thats when mine did it and still do it. After about 300 miles of driving some hwy and city, with the a/c on and off, it would adjust itself and will be fine, and the check engine light would go away. Then I had to disconnect the battery again, this time to install my amp, and it did the same thing when i reconnected the battery and after some more mixed driving it was fine.
I don't know what it is but it fixed itself. But to keep it from stalling I would tap the gas before i press the clutch and brake, because it will idle and you can probally get up to about 40mph and just press the clutch in and hold it there and the car won't stall. The stalling is coming from the vacum of the brakes.
