3d carbon eleanor grill problem

anybody else have this problem?
the lower trim (the part that is supposed to sit flush on top of the front fascia) is "lifted" and does not sit flush leaving somewhat of a gap between the top of the bumper and the bottom of the grille.....

has this happened to anybody else before? how did you fix it? or how would you reccomend fixing it? i was thinking wrap a brick or 2 in a cloth then let it sit on there for a night or 2 until it just re-"bends" back down flush...?
