Thanks to everyone for all the kind words. I appreciate it, and I know Karen is loving this to death....Nice to know the work I put into it is appreciated...

Daniel,
The upper grille and surround, I got from E Bay. They no longer have any, but, you can get both the black billet grille, and the grille surround, from either Shelby, Partscheap, etc. It should run about 215 for both, give or take. Now the Silver trim ring is off the stock Bullitt grille, so if you are that intent on the trim ring, I believe you would have to get it off a Bullitt grille. I do not believe Ford sells it separately....I could be wrong, and hopefully Parts Bill can chime in....

The lower grille is an overlay from Carriage Works grilles. I purchased it from autoanything.com. I believe it ended up at about 82 bucks delivered....Much better than 2 or 300 for a replacement. I covered the honeycomb on the lower stock grille with some thin plastic pieces I cut out from a pattern I made, glued them in, then sprayed the entire lower grille, with the exception of the very outer trim ring (to match the upper grille surround) with flat black rattle can. i also sprayed the AC condenser behind the upper and lower grilles, along with a few other blingy silver pieces. The result, is what you see now.....

Smoked corners will be here tomorrow, and that should complete the first step, i.e. the front end, on the Bullitt.....

Thanks again,
Mike

Grill is great!

Never been a fan of billet/brushed/polished ***** for the interior...

Mine is quicker right now...But if my 05 was stock, the Bullitt would kick my butt. The factory CAI and tune on the Bullitt are not half bad, especially if you are running higher octane....When I spoke to Justin at VMP Tuning, he told me he could only get maybe another 5 or 7 HP out of the Bullitt with a tune, so for me, not worth the investment.....

The Bullitt stock, is a total blast to drive. The 3.73's are sweet, the whole car is well refined compared to the 05's. It's what I like to call....sneeky fast.......
