Lol You guys are lucky. I dont have the upgraded dash so I have to go by how far past E the needle is. Tonight i was pushing it because when i eventually did fill up it went to 15.3 gallons.

lol, well my car was still read in mph and so fourth but u are dead on with the conversion... I had my car up to 240kph on the autobahn or something like that.. Im sure you can figure that out with your calculator Joo

I have the same dilema as well. I've had it at 240 miles to E or so from 310. Then it dwindled progressively to 210 when I last filled it up. So it's due to me doing city driving then?

Two totally different things.


Come on, the sensors the 'computer' uses to
calculate fuel use are just variableresistors with
floats attached, mind you there are TWO of them.
One for each side of the saddle bag style fuel tank.
The are notnot NASA style sensors that measure
down to the liquid ounce. Its the same technology
thats been used for years and years. Floats and
variable resistors are just not that accurate or
repeatable in the data they provide to the 'computer'.

The fuel guage shows Full as having 16 gallons,
and Empty as having 1 gallon left.
