Removal
[ol][*]Raise the door window glass to the full-up position.[/ol]
[*]Remove the door trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05.[/ol]
[*]If equipped, remove the door lock cylinder. For additional information, refer to Door Lock Cylinder in this section.[/ol]

NOTE: Push upward on the exterior door handle actuating rod when installing the rod into the retaining clip.Open the exterior door handle actuating clip and disconnect the actuating rod.[/ol]

NOTE: Two exterior door handle studs must be removed on the RH side.Remove the exterior door handle studs.[/ol]
[ul][/ul]
[*]Slide the exterior door handle rearward and remove.[/ol]
Installation
[ol][*]Insert the exterior door handle through the door panel to engage the bellcrank and then slide it forward.[/ol]
[*]Install the exterior door handle studs.
[*]Tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).[/ul][/ol]

NOTE: Push upward on the exterior door handle actuating rod and make sure the door latch is in a neutral position when installing the rod into the retaining clip to make sure the exterior door handle is correctly positioned.Connect the exterior door handle actuating rod into the clip.[/ol]

I got them from from ford workshop manual.Im guessing the links wont work because of security reasons.The only way to actully go to the actual page is to have a password,which I cant give out otherwise,I may be out of a job.Ford is VERY picky about there trade secrets.That should point you in the right direction though.Let me know how it goes and if you run into any snags,I can give you some pointers.

Don't do it. I hate when people start adding as much as they can, or painting as much as they can, to try to be different. I understand what you're trying to do, but they'll just stick out way too much and look cheap and tacky.
