Seatbelt Stronghold
I dropped my new 08 off to have the satellite modules replaced...the dealer gave me a Taurus X as a replacement. The first thing I noticed when I got in is that the seatbelt was not trying to strangle me.
Figures Ford cheaped out on the Mustang as the seatbelt seems to have zero adjustablity. I have to keep relieving the tension and take it off my neck. If I lean the seat WAY back...it reduces the pressure somewhat...but this is silly.
Anyone have any ideas?
I noticed the tension mechanism doesnt have a "catch"...it is always live tension. A simple height adjustment would help...but it seems we dont get that.

Yes if u properly wear the seat belt chances are u might choke!! [&:]
Thats why when i wear my seatbelt i tuck the top part under my left arm so it doesnt choke me!!
I know i'm not wearing it correctly but it's better than not wearing it at all!!
