Is there a shop manual out for the 2005 mustang?
Checked Haynes and Chilton, no luck.
Is it because the car is new? We have to wait 3 years?
Gotta be something, what do mechanics refer to if you have a problem?

all i know is ford mechanics refer to a database that is available to them that shows almost every detail about the car...i know because my friend is a mechanic

I've been looking too. I checked Hayes, Chilton, Clymers. No luck

Check the dealerships parts deparment. Chilton makes most of the thick manuals that the mechanics/techs use in their shops which will probably be the first thing they carry. Not to mention it will also have far more detail than the retail Chilton/Hayes stuff. Hayes usually takes a couple of years.
