Default Think I broke something

So I was doing a burnout tonight, and for some reason it wasn't spinning the tires..they just did that bouncing thing, but I kept my foot on the brake and kept feathering the gas...then I heard a really loud pop sound from the rear. So I stopped and slowly drove home about 2 blocks away...I will check it out tomorrow. Hopefully I didn't break my lca again. Last time I cracked and bent it doing burnouts.

$150 a tire...and folk are still doing burnouts...amazing!

There is allot of rubber down on the road and I gotta tell you that there is a ton of stress put on drivetrain components if the weight is squarely on both wheels.

If you still want to light em up...do it when the tire naturally wants to spin on weight ****s...at least it is easier on the car.

Hopefully it was a suspension/mount component and not something in your rear end...

Well I just looked under the car and everything looks fine. The lcas aren't cracked or bent. I think what happened was. while I was trying to burnout I didn't get the initial spin right, so I was just kinda hopping. holding the brake and giving it some gas to 4k rpm. cause after I heard the pop...I was in neutral. So maybe it just popped me out of gear.
