Default Paxton Overflow Coolant Tank Leak

I poped my hood last night at a local hangout and noticed this. There was a line of it going down to the bottom but I wiped it off before I though of taking the pics. I remember talking to Vertigo about this a while back. Has anyone else noticed this? Any suggestions for replacement tanks?

I know its not much but things like this really bother me. Plus it could be a good reason to get a polished aluminum tank!!

I've noticed mine leaking too. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's annoying. I think I'm going to get rid of it.

mine leaks from the cap. What local hang out did you go to. We went over to VA beach and saw a few mustangs out at a spot.

We went to that freedom wash, it was.....entertaining. Had a little race with a guy with a 05+grey with white strips with a D1 that was there

Yeah. I am usually there for a hour or two while I am cleaning up the car before I go to Jenros. There was a nice black cobra there while I was and a bunch of little tuner cars messing around.

I've had two hick-ups at other areas, one where the fittings on top of my heat exchanger leaked (the second week after I got the car back) & another where a simple clamp just needed to be tightened up a little, but nothing serious. Nother sure if there is a replacement for it on the market or not? You might want to consider re-doing the seal at that location.

Good luck.
