I've been to the quarter three times allready and my times are terrible. I don't even want to say...I keep hearing of how so many of you are running high 13's with stock tires but I can't seem to figure out the way. I've had other mustangs in the past and none as slow as this one. I need to figure out how to lauch this car, anyone have any pointers ? I have goodyear eagle f1's and don't plan on changing so please help......

What speed are you trapping?

Rev to about 2500 and quickly slip the clutch. Something has to spin, tires or clutch. You have to decide which you're going to let slip. Shift around 6200. 1-2 with stock tires you'll need to let off the gas, but keep the gas planted for the 2-3 shift.

That doesn't sound like a very bad speed to me. I'm trapping about 99 at 13.45 (hopefully not for that much longer) although mines an auto.

wel i trap at 105 but im only getting 13.7 on stock perellis so i dunno what alot of these guys are talkin....

How can you say that this is the slowest mustang unless you drove cobras this is tons faster then the rest. I ran 13.6 all stock and with your mods should do something in that range what times are you running?
