That is NOT a correct or even slightly intelligent thing to say.
Every police officer is different and the way officers enforce the law is very different from area to area.

That is a horrible comment/piece of advice right there.

my friend passed Jersey emissions with a SLP catted X and LM1s. how he did, is beyond me. Jersey is hard to pass.

you should be good to go!

And this just goes to show you why you can't tell if someone is joking or being serious online. I would never suggest doing that, and I am not stupid. I know every cop is different. Trust me on that. My record proves it.
