Default Wrecking my Mustang...

I am so thankful that my first 05' got wrecked. Insurance company pays off the bank, and I get me a new one. I get extra cash from the bank for my new one. I get money from the insurance company for my new one, and the dealership loves me for buying another one, so I get this under MSRP to start it off.

The biggest thing is that I am new to these boards, and I have been reading about many of the problems my first 05' had. You name it, I had it, and more. I guess that is what you get for having the early release. I'm glad that a friend showed me this site. I think they should have a book they give you when you buy your Mustang just for all the additional info you should have...like this site.

I agree. I have learned a lot from this site, and the people on it.

your 1st stang was the yellow one that was rear-ended by the F250?

my build date was jan '05, so i've got every quirky problem on here . .. but, i love my car, warts and all.

Nope, my first was a Sonic Blue, same as the new one that gets here this week.

I was hit by a mini-van doing 60mph. I watched an accident happen infront of me. I stopped, he didn't. My car became the filler between his van, and the SUV infront of me.

I am buying another mustang because I have first hand experiance of how safe they are. Every part of that car was mangled in some way, with the exception of the interior. I had to kick the door out so I could get out of the car. At least it was mostly in one piece. I was lucky to have been sandwiched, rather than rolled.

Congrats on your new stang by the way mine was made november 2004 and the only problems I had or have is the shaker500 and the screening cold start which now has been corrected.

I'll get some pictures up here right after I get back from my vacation, of both the old and the new. I got me a great picture place here at work.

Does anyone have any experiance with the new 05' when it comes to Rolling it, or getting T-bonned, because I have the sandwich covered?
