Ok, so I was playing around in photoshop and an idea sparked up.. So i drew it up .. I think it looks AWSOME if you ask me

Anyways, so since I have the whole rear blacked out, why not do the front ?

Here's what I'm talking about





I'm really thinking about doing it. I'll change the grille to a Bullit one ( to lose the fogs ) spray the headlights wiht VHT nighshades and take them to a shop for clearcoat, and have the bodyshop paint the pillars black also..

All ideas apreciated. Including criticism..

I believe I would like it better if you kept the pillars red.

at a quick glance it almost looks new camaro-ish, I think the uprights give the mustang a distinctive look...not a bad idea, just not feeling it.

hmmm.. it does throw off as the new camaro.. didn't look at it that way.
Just thought it would be cool to have both front and back completly blacked out

I'm gonna have to agree with everyone here, keep the pillars red but other than that go for it. Smoke the turn signals too.

Why not black out the Pony too? If you're gonna do it, do it!
I think it'd look great.

But unless you like to have people pull out in front of you, making turns and forcing you to slam on the brakes, then do not keep the tint on the lights at night! I had been keeping my headlight covers on since I rarely drive on streets at night (just the freeway) and I had 3 people act like they never saw me tonight. And this was with my untinted foglights on as well as the headlights! I flashed my brights, but that doesn't help at all and the foglights turn off!

im not talkin smack or anything, but the photo chop looks kind of funky. maybe get a closer shot and make it look more realistic.

but judging on that pic, leave the pillars red.

you can use my front end ;-) IMO you need the stripes to go all the way down the rear bumper.
