i guess i dont understand what the difference between them are...I know where the control arms go, I dont quite understand the trailing arms..

The car technically has A-arms (aka control arms) on the front and trailing arms (aka control arms) on the back. Some use the word "control arm" interchangeably...you just have to decipher which use of the word they are referring to. That is the best way I can explain it.

well i know steeda has rear lower control arms and rear trailing arms and they look different...are trailing arms like adjustable control arms?
