Could changing tunes often mess up the car's computer?
Between all the tunes I have and the revisions and returning to stock, I've loaded tunes upwards of 15 times into my car. Is there any reason to avoid this? Can this activity corrupt the PCM?

Actually I've loaded the same tune many times and had a couple of problems after the upload. Nothing reloading the tune couldn't fix. I've had all the dash lights stay on and never turn off, I've had the car run really lean until the tune was reloaded. I had the traction control light on the dash come on and flicker. After many tunes I had my xcal2 corrupt on me needed to be wiped out and started over.
these issues i've had several times.

The one time I needed to re-load my tune it blew a fuse (#8 I believe) and every since then I have been nervous about even touching the tuner. I am sure nothing will go wrong but it still goes through the back of my head. But....I did hear that this happens sometimes...so I know I am not the only one. Luckly I now carry a bunch of extra fuses just in case

Happen to me several times - kept getting me irritated, so I just bought a new tuner and everything was fine.

Like any programmable device, it's apt to have an occasional problem. Not much different than your home computer and some of the quirks and crashes (no pun intended) we experience with them.
