Default Who has SLP LM's with X or H pipe?

I'm seriously considering some an Pypes H pipe. Brenspeed has them on sale for $155. With my current LM's, I can only hear them when I get on it. I want something I can hear at idle and cruising with the windows down.

Anyone think this would be to loud? I swear there are a ton of pickup trucks here in georgia there are a ton of pickups with exhaust so loud I can't hear my own so I doubt the police when get on me about it.

Are boom tubes quieter than LM's?

It sounds real good at wot but cruising the sounds can be a bit much some times, I had it for about 7 months now and I am installing the pypes m-80 mufflers and keeping my slp as the tips.

Yes, thats what the f I'm talking about. I just need to figure out if I can handle that daily.

Also, please tell me you have the stock manifolds in there.

Only thing I need to figure out is X or H pype.

yes stock headers. it is definitly doable, you can actually keep it really low key , but it spikes at like 2400 rpm and then at 3000 is when it screams. I have 4.10's so if I have a cop near me or something im in 5th asap keeping my revs low, at idle its really quiet.

go with the x , from what I have heared the slp sound alot better with a x pipe, you want that high rpm scream and the h dont do that.

How was the install? Is it something you did yourself?
