Orion_240! Thanks!

Checked out the Roush and I don't want it. I suspect 4.10 gears since it pulls completely different from an 09 I drove. Also, there is a clicking coming from the clutch when I engage it (halfway) any idea what that may be?

I need some honest opinions here. I found a 05 GT mustang with 30k miles, redfire, auto, and loaded (premium). It has been in a reck, looked up carfax and from there pulled the police report. The owner swirved to miss some deer and hit a tree head on, center front. The hood was buckled, both fenders bent, bumper and grill busted (actual words from officer), airbags deployed. Car has been fixed and looks almost perfect. Since the reck, looks like 15k or so miles have been put on, cars looks and run great. I talked them down to 14,999 for the car and they are giving me a life time warranty on any collison repairs free of charge.......Good deal? What do you all think?

^^^

It is entirely up to you.
Provided the repairs were done properly, and you don't plan on re-selling it, a rebuilt car for cheap isn't bad.

BUT, if it hit a tree dead on, its a unibody car. Body shops can repair cars well, but they can't make it perfect.

And "giving you a lifetime warranty on any collision repair free of charge" seems too good to be true

I will give you my advice..
JMO.. ( <-- keyword.. so DON'T FORGET IT..!!! ) but I would stay very far away from that car.. there are so many Mustang's out there.. why buy one with 30K miles on it..??? get one with under 10K that HAS NOT been wrecked.. and also the the later model you can get the better.. try and get a 07.. you will thank me in a few years.. people are having problems with the 05's and some 06's.. Like me.. I have a 06 and I think it is getting the dreaded water leak..???

see link that I posted
https://mustangforums.com/forum/show...=1#post5474033

JMO on mods.. it depends on if they where done by a pro or not.. 4:10 gears is not going to hurt anything.. in fact.. after you buy it.. you will be on hear..

" how can I make my car go faster .?? " lol

trust me.. been there an done that.. cost me a small arm and a leg.. but it was ALL done right and I have all the orginal parts.. so a person could never tell if I sold it.. Roush mods them and charges big bucks.. are they any better than the next pro..?? I don't think so.. again JMO on all the advice..!!!!

best of luck..!!! honest..!!!
