No better service than that. You can always count on George to make it right. I had an early build shifter that was very stiff and didn't like it. Wished I had my Pro 5.0 back in there. George asked me to send it to him to check out. A week later I have a brand new shifter at my door step. Not many companies that will do that no questions asked. Just simply outstanding customer service. However, strictly as a personal preference I'm running the Pro 5.0 again, but I wish more companies had the customer in mind as MGW does.

I still have the original bushings, no complaints, not even in winter. I wonder how much different the replacement/updated ones really are. Just to lazy to swap them I guess, lol.
But yeah, what customer service when they come to you first! I would be willing to bet tho that someone emailed him the link here, lol.

Looking forward to an update on the situation.
I too was in the very first group to go out. I have had zero issues with mine. Works as good as the day it went in. I KNOW George will make it right.

I love this....this is why MGW's shifter (any other parts for that matter) are so great and work so well and the customer service is so top notch that they make one post to make it right on this forum! thanks ! Some companies out there should strive to be like MGW ltd in every way!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine is the exact same as yours, except where that silver part clamps on to the black block. Mine split open allowing the shifter to slide up and out. I just got the new shifter from MGW...free of charge today. Its all one solid piece. I'll post a pic up later. This one won't break. Thanks George from MGW again. Great customer service. 100% A+ quality service, and product.
Old shifter and new shifter. The new one is the solid bottom silver piece

New shifter on
