Repainted rotors and calipers
#11
Front decals have been on for about 6000 miles. The rears I just put on about 1000 miles ago. When I clean the wheels, I usually wipe down the calipers as well. I just go easy near the decals and no problems. About your rotors bubbling, what paint did you use? I used the G2 kit and no problems at all. I just sprayed them with the brake clean and wiped them off, brushed on the paint and I was done. Been almost a year now for the paint and no problems.
On a side note, do you use any kind of wheel cleaner? I only use soap and water on mine and make sure if the hand wash does it (very rare) I make sure they only use soap & water as well. I know most say they are clearcoat safe and all but I still don't trust them. Here is a shot w/ the wheel on. This is the front

On the rotors I used the 1000 degree VHT paint for headers so this stuff shouldn't bubble. I wonder if I didn't get all the cleaner off? I'll leave it until next week the redo the one rotor it's just a pain and a lot of time.
The calipers look great still no problems there, the dupli-color paint seems like it's never going to come off.
