http://www.mossmustang.com/Shop/View...eIndexID=59461
and i was curious if anybody else has it? i ordered this one because they claim it fits the factory engine cover. true?? also, if anyone else has this, does it make a noticeable difference?

I have the FRPP one which is the same thing as Steeda, but with a different logo on it. Not sure if it fits the factory engine cover, but (despite what people say about it's only for the looks) I noticed a slight difference in body lean after I installed it. Let me know what u think about it after you install it and drive through some corners.

glad to hear its noticable. a buddy of mine has an 05 STI (which i beat in a race) lol, and he installed a brace and said it made a great difference. i know its like comparing apples to oranges but i figured if anything the stang would benifit more from it. also, steeda says that it improves ride quality on rough roads... any truth to that??

I know you order it already, did you get a chance to see the one I have? It cost me around $129 and it clears the plenum cover...

no, but i see it in you avatar pic. it looks like the FRPP one, is that it?? looks good from what i can see. at $129 thats a good deal. i really was leaning twards steeda for this one though. i like the black textured powder coated look and the giant steeda name plate is sweet too. i like the FRPP one too but i budgeted $200 for this mod and pretty much filled the quota with this one. had to have it.

I don't think it'd make as much of a diff. on the Stang as it did on STI because I'm pretty sure the STI's frame is a bit weaker and that's what STB is for-- to enforce it. Also, didn't notice any changes in ride quality after I installed it. But trust me on long turns is where you're gonna feel it the most.
