I sell alot of Sumitumo's at work and get alot of good feedback from them. I am not a fan of Toyo's myself.

I'd pick up a set of takeoff pirelli's. Probably the best bang for your buck option.

Wow, that's a loaded question...

Best value with respect to what? That would depend on your driving style and needs. I don't think a cheap tire is a good value if it doesn't do what YOU need it to do. I personally need an all season that performs well in wet turns and doesn't hydroplane at 75 MPH on rain soaked highways. I chose based on that and when I narrowed it down to about 3 tires, I went for price (yeah, yeah... and looks). See my sig.

Tires that are affordable but grip fairly well are Fusion ZRi and Rikken Raptors!

I am currently running the Toyo Proxe 4's, and I am a fan of them...LOL!!

i would say go with the toyos. I was going to get toyos and at the last minute changed to Bridgestone Potenzas, cause of price. Ive only had the bridgestones for a week and am already regretting it.
