Looks like your pic fits within the 500x250 guidelines, so I guess you're OK now?

I hear you (sandy), I had a concern with the status of getting my contributor badge. I finally decided to send PMs to multiple moderators. Long story short, everything got worked out. Then they changed the website and now no one has a badge...
A lot of moderators are on their daily job and moderate as time permits. So taking care of issues for thousands of members can take some time. We have a great group of moderators and they are certainly in no way avoiding members concerns. But it can be frustrating when time passes with no answer.

degeze; Your right of course. I was just frustrated by having so much trouble dealing with this picture thing - especially when everybody in the world seems to throw pics on like its no problem. I got mine on, but I'd like to down-size it-- but can't figure out how.
