Default Anybody have pics of +24mm offset rims?

I just bought a set of 18X9 Shelby Torque Thrust wheels with +24mm offset and I can't decide if I want to keep them or exchange them for a +34mm offset. I just test fit one of the wheels, without tires, on the rear of the car and the edge of the wheel sticks out about 1/4" past the edge of the fender. I plan on using 255/45/18 tires on all four corners and I'm afraid the wheels will look bad because they stick out so much.

Anybody have any thoughts or opinions? This is my daily driver and I'm afraid that the tires might kick up rocks and chip the paint towards the bottom of my car, since the wheels stick out past the fenders.
