Well i'm sorry you think that way. You are a little behind on how easily this can be done.

Full exhaust consisting of dynatech long tube headers, catted xpipe, custom mid mufflers
Steeda Pulleys
JLT intake
Dyno tune

326.7hp
331.2tq

Heads and cams would put it well over 350rwhp/tq

And it's not really the expensive options it comes down to a safety issue with a lot of the parts, its just choices you have to make. Like the driveshaft, clutch assembly & internals, if you go f/i like I will some day, it's a peace of mind that your not gunna puke a piston through your hood
Huh??? how does FI make your engine more reliable?? I'd love to know the answer to that one.

DAMN, those are great numbers. What cams are you using?

Nevermind, Comp Stg III's. just checked out your cardomain page. very nice! And you bent the relocation bracket!!?? damn, you were hooking HARD.

After seeing John's results (and others for that matter) the first thing that should be replaced in these cars before seeking >300rwhp is the stock clutch!! I've seen/heard soo many people complain about the stock clutch.

Nice to see those, I definitely don't doubt the potential of this motor, just think some can exaggerate more than others

Plus everything depends on how extreme you go with the mods. I am sure someone could get 450hp+ out of a NA 3v engine with enough money and some very extreme mods but is it worth it. Most I have seen was 420rwhp in a mag article and as I remember this was stroked not sure on exact displacement with heads.

Dang forgot the link here it is:

This is for sure, from what the guys told me on any other dyno i'd be around 415 so that sounds right, that's pretty nice though. And definitely the truth I could see 450 but that would be like 11:1 compression and a lot of time and money in other areas, not sure if it is worth it either

I'm honestly not trying to cause this much of a fuss, he asked a question and that's my opinion on things. I've never seen over 320 @ the rear on a dyno, but now I have that's why I said i'd be happy to see some. Easy guys

The last Dyno on mine was at 330 rwhp with Comp Cam Stage 3, LT,Xpipe, Offroad Mufflers, TB, AL Drive Shaft, CAI.

Since I added delete plates and electric water pump and am taking off my 20" rims and installing 18" rims for doing some autocross and HPDE events. So I am sure that when they Dyno it this time it should pick up some HP.

I dont think I am going to do any other mods for a while and the next step would be a stroker kit and my mod account is at 0 right now....
