Attaching 1/4 window louvers, which adhesive?

saleen uses a urethane but do you think the glue used to mount a rear view mirror to the glass would work? I can pick that up at any autoparts store. It should work i'd think

ok so looking at the instructions, did they put the tape on the glass then glue the louver to the tape?

Nate, I picked up the Welders contact adhesive at Lowes, about 3 bucks for a big ol tube....

Negative on the tape to glass for louver. I taped off around the edge of the window / paint, in case the adhesive flowed over onto the paint area. Then after install, I put tape across the whole louver, and let it set up for about 24 hours. Afterward, I removed all the tape....
