Its a shame that a member has to feel like he has to ask other members here what they are going to think about a mod they are considering, before they actually do it. Its not his fault, but all the damn poser calling threads that we all have to read about.

..even if u put saleen across the windshield.. it wouldn't bother me (as long as you have the potential like a saleen) meaning, your as quick as one and the car has the full appearance of one. because at that point your not putting down the name saleen down because your techinically an unofficial saleen.. same thing for cobras, roush's, mach's, boss'...
You got a "plays well with others" sticker in Kindergarten didnt you?

I have an aftermarket hood, front chin and blackout panel. everybody says "nice body kit" lol.
as long as it's "tasteful" mods (and any saleen kit addition is tasteful), go for it!
what some people do to mustangs should be outlawed, but these are popular cars so wtf.

Hell, I have body parts from 3 diffrant kits 2 of which are ford and no one calls me a poser and the best part is I walk away with the wins at shows. It's all about taste, flow and balance, everything you put on your car should look like it belongs on it.
