thanks that is what i thought. but the car in 5th gear at 60mph is at 1800rpms. which is where it should be. could just be that 4th gear doesnt top out anymore at 120mph. just seemed odd to me. esp when i had the 07 with the 3.55 in it. feels the same off the line and everything just the odometer is going faster than the trip miles. that is how i think i am going to test it. write down miles when i start and reset trip counter. go ten miles on trip counter and compare
after all the stuff i have found out about this one i am beginning to wonder what they could have changed.

LOL. i am beginning to think your right. but i did trade one that i put $8k on. so this was all minor paint work not the big new rear end clip. put at the least when i take it to them to fix the trash in the roof they know already who painted it and it will be fixed this time to my satisfaction. and i will go over there work with a paint pro friend of mine. they will hate me by the time this is over. but still have 36k on the warranty to make them fix whatever i find. plus the new one has in infamous metal rattle upon startup when the rpms get to 3k. only last for a few seconds and once warmed up goes away.

My 06 GT(stock 17" 235's) with 3.55's runs a .95 mile at the 1 mile marker.

well you could just get a watch, set the cruise at sixty and see if it shows a mile in a minute...and just so you know my 4th gear doesnt even top out going 143...it sits at about 5500 rpms so i would think your 4th gear (if it has 3.55's) should top out around130 ish

I have 1 or 2 different calculators for speed and engine RPM based on gearing, tire size, etc.. PM me again with your e-mail and I'll try to forward them to you. I'm at work so don't expect a fast response.
